Herpreet and Karishma from conveyancing department did an excellent job. Herpreet made sure that everything was in order and completed from the sellers end of the property before I moved in. Have contacted them twice over a housing issue that the charity Shelter suggested i look at obtaining a solicitor for. The first time gave details and number and was told someone would be in contact, 48 hours later I phoned again and asked if there was a time period for contact ( MY reason being am living in a tent and suffer asthma, epilepsy and have a number of mental health issues) was told that the people where in a meeting and would be called by end of day. Now end of day and yet again nothing I understand busy, however as anyone usually would if your told you will be called you expect the decentcy that you will be or is that just my neurodivergency of being on spectrum kicking in. It's obviously getting bad when a solicitors firm fobs you off.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with this firm during a very stressful and challenging period. Without naming the individual in relation to GDPR, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same mistakes. Due to my stressed and depressed state, I made the hasty decision to engage their services without thorough research into their reputation or effectiveness.

From the start, I felt I was treated with suspicion, as if I wasn’t going to pay my fees. Throughout the process, I was overcharged as the services continued, and the total costs quickly spiraled out of control. I ended up paying approximately £1,100 for an unsuccessful and unfavorable outcome. In hindsight, I realised that my issue could have been resolved with free legal advice from a citizens advice bureau or a one-stop shop.

As a client, I expected the firm to advocate strongly on my behalf, but the solicitor assigned to my case did not make sufficient effort. I was made to feel as though I was asking for too much, which only added to my stress and frustration.

My best and most honest recommendation is to remain calm during critical situations and carefully review all your legal options. Avoid making quick decisions without proper research. If you do decide to engage this firm, ensure you have a clear and detailed breakdown of the services provided and the total cost. Depending on your case, free legal services might be the most feasible and effective option. In my experience, this firm did not deliver the level of service I needed and expected, and I would advise others to consider their options carefully before proceeding.
