Hennessy and hammoudi talk a good game to keep you to collect the legal aid. They make false promises and do no work and take the money. They booked visits with my family member and were no shows leaving him sat in the visiting hall.

Run don’t walk away from them…
- Ben awful snobby kid (god knows where they found him) did nothing for the case but rudely gave biased untrue opinions to the barrister. (my personal opinion and experience, you don’t want him as a file handler).

Mathew, sweet and most likely overworked as he is never available and always sent to do other commitments. He will never have time to fully commit to your case, for that reason you don’t want him as a file handler either.

Nobody in that entire place is capable of building a defence.

Hennessy and Hammoudi both just outright frauds who have no care in the world of the interest of their clients simply their pockets. They literally did no work and was the only legal team on a 3 defendant trial to get a guilty. On a case they called weak. Employees leaving and changing left right and centre. They should both be embarrassed. They’re ignorant and simply don’t respond too.

Receptionists - liars who pretend people aren’t in to help alongside the lack of work ethic this pathetic firm has.

FYI - reply to my emails and do the job you’re employed to do! I should contact legal aid direct and encourage them to investigate you themselves. You probably book visits to make it look as if you do the work so you can gain more money.

The firm also sent out letters to the wrong prisoners which is a complete breach in data protection laws. Was arrogant and ignorant and completely unapologetic when addressed. Just kept saying “ I will deal with it” this is the worst firm ever and the director is a terrible face for the company. No professionalism at all.

Mr Holder was fantastic from our first meeting. He responded to any concerns and questions very promptly and was extremely thorough with our case. Mr Godfrey was also extremely thorough and we couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend.
