I highly recommended using Lock and Marlborough to use for your property transaction, I was a client for a property purchase that completed in April 2026 . The transaction was quite complex, and it was refreshing to work with a set of solicitors that were super efficient, communicate quickly and didn’t require any chasing up. Simon Marlborough was excellent and a pleasure to work with. The office is located right next to Acton Town tube station so it is very convenient to pop into the office to do the ID and Verification checks. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Simon is experienced, professional and exceptionally responsive. We attempted four property purchases. While three of them fell through, he guided us and answered every question we had swiftly every step of the way. His charges were fair and transparent for the work he put in. Our eventual successful transaction had an extremely tight timeline, but thanks to Simon's diligence and clear communication, it completed smoothly. Highly recommended!
