Shanam Khan. She was recommended to me by an estate agent, and at first, she seemed helpful—answering my calls and calling me back promptly. But the moment she received the payment, everything changed.
She completely stopped responding to my calls and never replied to my emails. Every time I tried to reach her, the receptionist would say she’s either busy or not in the office. Because of her lack of communication and delays, everything got pushed back unnecessarily.
What’s worse is that when my sister was trying to help me with a housing deposit, she assured us everything would be fine before the payment. But once she was paid, her entire tone changed—suddenly it was “difficult,” and she even started shifting the blame onto me. It honestly felt like she was accusing me rather than helping.
Please don’t waste your time or money on this useless service. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
