Received excellent professional and practical advice from Cathy Eaton at the Kempston branch of Tollers, to do with re-organising and updating our wills.
They were having a bit of a problem with reception in this small branch office but all went pretty well and we weren't much disturbed during our discussions, despite there only being the one person there.
Typing up documents seemed a little more of an issue, with us having to go through several iterations due to mistakes but all was fine in the end. This was possibly due to the reception and support issue.
When I made a special journey to the office to provide some requested, routine documents for their records, I found the receptionist there but rather condescending, considering that I was effectively doing her a favour. This was a shame as otherwise the experience was a really good one. My wife didn't warm to her either in a phone call, so we can only give 4 stars when Cathy Eaton gives a 5 star service, herself.
