I have been very impressed by the very professional and timely conveyancing service for my deceased mother’s probate property sale. The whole process went very smoothly and in a timely & helpful fashion.
It was pleasure working with the conveyancing solicitor, Nicola Curtis and her conveyancing assistant, Jasmine Dunn, during the whole process. They were relatively easy to contact, and returned my messages and emails promptly, compared to some solicitors I’ve used in the past. They always provided me with very helpful advice and information when I needed it. I felt very happy that the sale conveyancing was in very capable hands.

Claire, Jasmine and the team were very responsive and helped make the process seamless for purchase of our new home. All went smoothly and they also took the time to explain further any items of the reports where we had queries on. At time we perhaps had what felt like a bit of time between email updates, by I don't think this is anything out of the ordinary or unexpected for this kind of transaction. We exchanged pretty efficiently after which Claire was able to secure a completion date for us that aligned better with our schedule in terms or moving in logistics, which was very helpful. Would use Amphlett Lissimore again in the future if we needed.
