Pointless waste of time.. waited 2 weeks for appointment and was on the phone 3 minutes.. no advice given.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had an appointment with this solicitor for a phone consultation about 10 days ago regarding legal aid. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The main solicitor I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. During the call, she abruptly told me I wasn’t entitled to legal aid, then contradicted herself by saying she simply didn’t have time to take on my case because she already had too many clients.

To make matters worse, she failed to call me at the agreed time and only got in touch 10 days later—completely disregarding the scheduled appointment. When she finally did call, the conversation was rushed, and she ended the call abruptly, saying someone else had a case “closer” than mine. It felt dismissive and disrespectful.

Overall, the service was careless and inconsiderate. This solicitor showed no real concern for my legal issues or situation. Her attitude was unkind and unprofessional, and I felt like my time and concerns were not valued at all

From the 1st call, the visit took place on the same day. Seen by Veronica who was an outstanding knowledgeable lawyer and very humble that she allows you more time, helps to make the right decision; advise; choice and sets the tone to see the bigger picture of what matters in life and she gives in full focus and time to help your case in many aspects of law she covers (representation done in a very short delay).
Very fairly priced if not cheap and totally different behaviour than bewildered money abrupt and costly firms.
