They did not address my concerns about my health and took the side of the GP surgery and hospital. Some of the information was incorrect. How would they like to be ill for three years. Very disappointed with the outcome. Very unprofessional and not sympathetic.

Avoid this company, especially Daisy, they like to make completely baseless claims with zero evidence when they’re supposed to be qualified and understand the due process involved in legal matters.

Extremely disappointed with Capsticks. They sent me a threatening letter about failing to provide access for an Electrical Inspection, yet they didn’t bother to check the facts. I had already given access weeks ago, but the inspection company failed to show up. Instead of investigating properly, Capsticks sent a letter that made baseless threats of legal action. This type of approach, without verifying the information, is both unprofessional and shocking. I expect much better from a law firm. Avoid if you want a fair and reasonable resolution!

These are the Lawyers appointed to by Moat homes to defend a county court case that Moat has no defence against. They are very good at preparing a 15 page document that has absolutely no relation to my case against them. Lawyers like these love the chase for money. It would have been cheaper to settle my claim out of court but at £240 an hour why suggest it. I am looking forward to the case being heard. The CNBC conveniently lost some the documents but I am no mug, I have copies which I.have to submit. It is a year now that this claim is ongoing. A rotten system.

Agree with most of the negative comments on here, most of the correspondence is given by amateur "trainee solicitors" so basically apprentices. Quite a laugh really, probably because it's more cost effective!
