Teylor Newman acted for us on a house sale and purchase. She was excellent throughout. She was adept at managing the other parties' solicitors so as to advance the outcome we wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable about conveyancing (more so than her counterparts, in our view). She always kept us informed of what was happening and what to expect, and was available out of hours when needed. With her help we were able to complete a sale/purchase which was complicated by an unscrupulous buyer. We strongly recommend her.
