I was quoted £366 for a signature for an ID1 form, which I have now managed to sort elsewhere for £79! I found David to be quite patronising on the phone and I didn’t find him helpful.
I have always found Gerry to be helpful though (with anything to do with our house sale) he always responds promptly and politely, hence the 3 stars.
