Jessica was absolutely fantastic, I can't put into words how much we appreciate her making what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier, especially as first time buyers.
She answered all our questions, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. She kept us updated every step of the way, even when there wasn’t an update to give, just to keep up in the loop as every week passed.

She was proactive in chasing the sellers solicitors to make sure things kept moving forward. We honestly don’t think we would have completed our purchase when we did if it wasn’t for Jessica’s dedication and persistence. It often felt like the seller had chosen a solicitor who communicated by carrier pigeon! Her communication, professionalism and support throughout the whole process were exceptional.

Maggie and Toni looked after us for a part-exchange which can be tricky at the best of times.
