I am currently dealing with the sale of my fathers property. Annette in conveyancing has been efficient, professional and keeps me updated throughout. Everything has been explained clearly to me in plain English.
This process has also involved my seeking help from Sylvia in wills and probate. Once again everything has been dealt with not only professionally but with much appreciated empathy and kindness.

Very poor service. Key details were missed and when I raised concerns I didn’t feel supported or helped to fix the issue. Had to move to a different solicitor. Would not recommend.

I have just recently used Symes Bains to sell my house and purchase my new property my solicitor I used was Richard Haggar, he couldn’t be more helpful! He bent over backwards to be able to get everything completed for when it should be, anything that needed to be done was done straight away unlike most solicitors who sit on things for weeks! if I ever move again I will 100% be using him again he’s made a stressful experience a lot easier for us. I will be recommending them to anyone I know selling or purchasing a house.

I am not a client of Symes Bains Broomer but my husband was intending to buy some land with the seller using this solicitors. The purchase was agreed around July and this solicitor instructed. My solicitor made contact with them and has received no response for months and months they have been lying to their client about making contact. I have questioned them today and was spoken to by Gail who was rude and unprofessional- could tell me an initial email was sent at the beginning of this month but wouldn't even give me so much as a date. I would not trust this solicitors whatsoever she suggested GDPR, A date of an email doesn't fall under GDPR. She was extremely rude shouting over me and highly unprofessional.
