They "over promise" and "under deliver". My life has been considerably more difficult since Kearns Solicitors came into it. I have been trying to get a CCJ reversed since October '24. It's now April '25. They also do not communicate at all. You have to chase them up constantly. The sad thing is I feel they do not care.

I already have a CCJ, I called the courts to work out a payment plan. I have a letter today applying to the high court for a charge on my home. No other contact from the company to assist me. Bully tactics as well with this company.

Had 2 text to my mobile threatening to take further action to enforce the Order which remains in arrears. As I know I have no debt I rang them and after giving the ref number I was asked my name. Refused and said no you tell me what name you have for the account. As expected totally different person so told them to remove my number. Surely check a number is correct before sending out threatening text to people 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely vile firm - receptionist I spoke to didn’t have human empathy. I phoned after receiving a letter since not being home for a few weeks and she took joy in telling me they registered a ccj against me that day a few hours before i called. I said what does that mean for me as I’ve not had it before and she just said ‘ that you have a ccj’ like a robot. I could hear the smirk in her voice.

Absolutely no human decency with any of these people.

Seems to only reply to emails once a week. Shocking for a lawfirm.
Sent 2 website messages, and daily emails for 5-6 days, also sent email to complaint email provided on their website, no responce. Got to the point I was about to send a recorded letter to make sure firm actually exists because zero responce on an urgent matter being handled by themselves.
