Charged around 500£ for a pre-action letter in a rather uncomplicated case which I'm sure there are templates for and some 'modest' I'd call it absolute minimum advice along the way. Regardless of their hourly fees I get everyone needs to be paid - but for the service received. Absolute joke: to avoid at all costs as per my personal experience.
