I went in to see visit Phillip Povey initially for help with my Will, not only is Phillip very professional but he’s also just a nice bloke which makes it a pleasant experience. Phillip has helped my self and other family members since my initial visit so I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

We recently used Wayman & Long to handle the conveyancing of a leasehold property. Overall, we are critical of their approach to communication and also their attention to detail. Given too that they were the most expensive of the three practices we considered we rate them only two stars for the service they provided.

Following a very long, complicated house sale I would like to thank Wayman and long solicitors whom have guided and supported us through the process. They were efficient and explained things to me when I did not understand all parts of the process. Even the staff in reception were brilliant. Thanks to all in the Clare office, highly recommend. X

Excellent service. Lynn Exley and Phillip Povey responded to all my emails in a timely manner and offered their advice and support throughout the process. The appointment was efficient and Mr. Povey was very personable. The charges for the service were very reasonable and transparent from the initial email exchange. Mr. Povey emailed me when the process was complete and I was grateful to him for keeping me in the loop. I would definitely recommend Wayman and Long Solicitors.

Phil is very polite and courteous. I didn't need W&L services this time, as it would have been long and drawn out (with Meta) but Phil gave me good advice how to protect my property with Land Registry.
