Called the reception on behalf of someone currently in prison. All i was greeted with was rudeness and the receptionist being condescending. They’ve done nothing but ignore all of us. We even went as far as changing solicitors but they wouldn’t allow us. They won’t allow us access to anything and they never turn up to any court date. Never shed any light on the situation or offer reassurance which is needed in situations like this. Quite frankly it’s disgusting. Exploiting people’s vulnerabilities and abusing their power for financial gain. I would never use them again and i’d never give them a penny or recommend them. Unfortunately we’re stuck with them for now. I hope everyone reads this before they decide to chose them as their solicitor i’d run go to pepperels or somewhere else.

Complete rubish company with rubish service with no experience and competence. No solicitors in the place, just clueless receptionists with no knowledge.

Poor service and attitude, unwilling to help or advise, ignoring phone calls and just waste of time in general. Do not recommend.

Mark East asked me to send him email of my charge sheet which i did. he never responded and wont answer the phone or returns my calls
