Over 17 years, I am in a relatively unique position to review PKF Cooper Parry; both as a business client of theirs and also as a supplier. In both cases, they have been nothing short of exceptional to work with. The people are talented, dynamic and fun, the culture rocks and the firm's ambition to go the extra mile never wavers. To me, they are the polar opposite of most accountancy firms. Colourful, switched on and commercially streetwise. That's the difference I absolutely love.

An awful accounting company! We, as a limited company, trusted that PKF Cooper Parry could do their job properly, and we got fined a couple of times by HMRC for filing corp tax late and annual accounts late as well. Not only we got fined because PKF Cooper Parry did not do their job properly, but the accounts they prepared were plain wrong and we now need to file amendments to Companies House. Also, they always did our simple PAYE, which now takes me 10min to prepare in a week or two after we sent them the necessary documents, sometimes with mistakes. It is just the worst service one could imagine, totally incompetent and just a complete waste of time and money. Stay away!
