I used Debbie Gibson at Pinkney Grunwells to buy a flat - when I tried to sell the flat less than a year later I found it was impossible - because Debbie hadn't flagged up a number of issues with the lease. I would never have bought it if I'd been told of the issues. I have lost 4 buyers to date because their solicitors warned them away from the terrible lease. When I contacted Debbie again for help she avoided my calls and emails for months and when I finally got a response she basically told me it's not her problem. I'm now having to pay thousands of pounds to another solicitor to help me. AVOID Pinkney Grunwells at all costs!!
