Very bad customer service team. Two of the agents were very, very helpful when I spoke to them a few days ago, but the last person I spoke to on 13/05/26 was not helpful at all. She was very unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable speaking with her regarding Drydens Solicitors.

Disgusting company ! Acting on behalf of capquest and offer to settle my account (partially) and a generous offer as per citizen advice , but they refuse to send the offer to them . Only passed to Dryden as I was unable to fill out their yearly form. Pathetic !! Well they can stick with my small monthly offer for many many years to come .

This solicitor's firm, Dryden's, are corn law solicitors firm. They pray on vulnerable people who are struggling to pay their debt. It does not matter to them why these people are in difficulty. It is difficult to understand how they are permitted to operate in such a manner. They appear willing to engage in misleading behavior, including potentially compromising court proceedings. Furthermore, some of the banks that retain Dryden's Solicitors seem to tolerate or even enable their clients to engage in serious misconduct regarding their positions. They are very good at using the law to get what they want and I believe they should not be allowed to behave in this manner. I have encountered significant unprofessional conduct from [Solicitors Name]. I believe it's important to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory body that oversees the behavior of solicitors. It seems that such conduct goes unchallenged, which I find concerning.

I’m appalled by the way this company operates. They buy people's debts for pennies on the pound and then aggressively pursue them to pay the full amount. It's one thing to collect on legitimate debts, but the way they force people into stressful financial situations is unethical and downright predatory.

I will share what I wrote in my email after I paid my last installment. 👇

"Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid the last installment of my debt today for the sum of £ 144.32. Would you please send me a confirmation email that my debt has now been paid off? Thank you.

A word of advice: treat people with mental health issues with consideration, respect, dignity and tact as money problems affects their mental health severely. Maybe you all need training on this issue. You caused me great distress with your unwillingness to show understanding and to acknowledge my diagnosis. I had offered to sort out the matter without going to court, but your agent refused to consider the possibility of stopping the court case. If my landlord could stop court proceedings and withdraw his claim when I had problems paying the rent, so could you. When my landlord withdrew the claim, I had already received the court papers with the day I had to attend. Now, thanks to you, I have a CCJ against me. Please, spare me the "we send you many letters etc...but you did not respond." Do you know how just the sight of an envelope through the door causes mentally ill people to go into a state of anxiety and agitation? No, you do not. You lot only care about money, but I have news for you: when we die, we don't get to take money with us."
