Such a bad experience, we waited half an hour, receptionist was so rude, first she said madam will be with you in 2minuts she’s on call, then she asked my details and asked to pay the consultation fee, I transferred the money then I asked she said she will be with you in 5 minutes, I waited another 5minuts, i was with my 2 babies they were getting annoyed, I asked again she said just 5 minutes she’s on call, i said you already said 2 times, and she started to arguing with me saying she don’t said 2 minutes that was just for me, i said you did say to me minutes then minutes and it’s been 45 minutes at this point i was getting annoyed and i said give my money back, i need to back as i have my appointment at 3 and it will take me an hour and half to go back, then she went in and came back and said sir is busy with clients and he will refund the money, i said i can not wait, she said you can write the details and he will send you back, the receptionist needs to educate more how to talk and how to serve clients. Mind that only 2 people were waiting but, who was we ment to meet she was just on the call, so we left. It was my First and the Last time when i went for this immigration office.

Visited Hari Singh c/o HS law solicitors without an appointment, and I must say the experience was exceptional. Despite my unplanned visit, he took the time to listen carefully and addressed all my queries patiently without rushing me at all.

He is very soft-spoken, polite, and truly humble in his approach—something that really stands out. Unlike some other lawyers, there was absolutely no ego or attitude, just genuine professionalism and kindness.
