Michael Taylor charged me £2000 to fill out probate forms and apply for probate he said he would claim for my mums share of the estate which would have doubled my allowance for inheritance tax in 2020 but he didn't which lost me £50k on sale of the house.
He got his £2k plus vat and I got rid of him.
I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.
Not recommended whatsoever.

I used MT and Co, particularly Anthony their solicitor and he was great in organising conveyancing. He was very effect and cc’d us in all emails and we were able to exchange and complete in 2 months. My dad used him too.

Anthony Sacks cost me over £3,000 in debt due to his lack of efficiency and honesty. He tried to cover up his failings in completing a house sale for me, racked up a years worth of service charge and when asked about he lied through his teeth. Do not use this firm, Mr Sacks should be ashamed of himself.

Fantastic conveyancing services. Very professional and communicative and although the sale eventually fell through, they helped me through the entire process and pushed things forward. Really pleased with the service I received and will be using again when going through the house buying process.
