I had a very positive experience with Spencer Shaw Solicitors. The service was efficient and reassuring throughout the process. Ian Jones was professional, knowledgeable, and guided me clearly at every stage, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciated the support I received and would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of expert legal advice.

Like the previous caller Stephanie Smith made note of, total waste of time, The Solicitor was telling me that in order for us to speak further she needed to merit assess my case and was completely condescending and arrogant on the phone, Telling me not to interrupt! because of a delay on the line,If you contact people to discuss business ensure you have some basic etiquette and empathy, I presume I’ll get a similar response as Stephanie did.

This again was an employer grievance & potential tribunal case.

Talk to people with a little bit of respect, you know who you are, You are dealing with people who are distressed,They are not Lawyers most of our discussion could have been pleasant but the manner in which you attacked means your communication style is unfit to talk to potential leads… Like I told you on the phone there is literally no need for you to contact me to speak to me like this and therefore do not contact me again, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Ms. Nazia Khan and the firm. She took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and thoroughly, which brought me real peace of mind. I truly appreciated her professionalism, clarity, and efficiency.
