During the process of remortgaging, my new lender requested that I provide a mortgage deed witnessed by a practising solicitor. None of the law firms I called in Sheffield were willing to help and in fact many dismissed me within minutes on the phone. Nether edge law however were incredibly helpful and even managed to assist me within the same day, meaning that my remortgage is not compromised.
