I dropped in on spec to enquire about making a Will. Very welcoming and impressive Receptionist (Brenda) who went over and above to help with my enquiry. So efficient and knowledgeable. A true asset to the business who deserves recognition! Appointment was made and the service I received from Sophie was just second to none. Would highly recommend this branch of Barwells. They clearly work hard to give excellent service and they deliver.

Update July 2026 Dropped in to the branch earlier this week to make an enquiry on behalf of my Mother who is interested in making an LPA. I was delighted to see the very helpful Brenda is still on their Reception desk. She talked me through the types of LPAs and gave me a factsheet and a price list to take for Mum. She also explained about the court fees and said to book in with Hannah who she highly recommended. Whilst I was there another couple were in a waiting room. Brenda focused her attention on my enquiry and whilst I used the office bathroom facilities she appeared with tea and biscuits for this couple, then offered me one too! All this whilst taking a delivery and picking up a phone enquiry too. She was so busy but juggled everything that was going on so professionally and with a super smile. She didnt rush me, answered all my questions and made me feel valued. She truly is a fabulous asset for this firm and I hope she is appreciated by her bosses. Watch out Barwells, with her superb customer focus, someone else will snap her up! Brenda and Sophie were the reasons I came back to Barwells and though the delightful Sophie has moved to another of their offices, Brenda gave such a recommendation for Hannah, Mum has booked in with her.
