I want to recommend Britton & Co solicitors. Roger Britton for doing my late Father's probate which was hassle free and Yvette Briggs and her team for their conveyancing skills. I also appreciate the receptionists who were professional and friendly. The whole team are very knowledgeable and keep you informed at each stage. Unfortunately we were disappointed with their conveyancing services despite being recommended. We didn’t have a straightforward sale but found communication lacking. It was very hard to speak to someone via phone (us and our estate agents) and our perception was that they were reactive rather than proactive. To receive an email from them informing us our buyers had pulled out after 4 months felt very impersonal and cold.
