If you’re buying a house. I’m currently in the middle of a dispute with Suzanne one of the partners who apparently completed and comprehensive investigation on my complaint but failed to check the very first letter that was sent with the information on. Basically they breached data protection and sent my new address of the property I was buying to my ex, specifically told them this couldn’t happen. Ignored and done anyway. Communication is very poor unless you ring them or email and even then I think they have a timer on the emails because it’s always more than 24 hours before you get a response. I had to 2 different people dealing with my case, the first left suddenly and now I understand why she probably left. I felt sorry for the next agency solicitor who just had everything thrown at her. They do not value customers all they want is your money and as much of it as they possibly can, no sense of urgency I thought by paying extra and going with tfg that I would get a better and quicker service, how very wrong was I. Buying a home is already a stressful thing to do, tfg made this a lot harder for me and its was an extremely frustrating process from start to finish. Please do not use this firm read the rest of the reviews as I’ve noticed people experiencing the same thing. If you have any problems or issues the investigations completed basically they lie and put the blame all back on you. Not professional and certainly not reliable. I’m taking my complaint further but don’t let this be you. Choose another firm trust me you’ll regret it if you don’t.

Do not use this solicitors firm, they represented me in my family courts case and were absolutely hopeless and really did not care one way or the the other which way the case went, turns out we lost anyway but that's not the reason for my disappointment as it was expected but now 4 years later when I'm asking for someone to represent me again to get unsupervised access to my children they are not interested and won't even return my calls, 8 times I've rang in the last 12 month and 8 times the receptionist say they'll get the solicitor to ring back and also 8 times I've had no return calls from them. Very inconsiderate of people's feelings and are not very helpful whatsoever.

Overall they run a terrible service and personally I think they should have there law license revoked.

Excellent quality service provided by Jamie Marsden. Legal documentation and what I had to do to keep the process moving towards completion of purchase was always clear. Any enquiries by me to Jamie were always responded too in a prompt manner. Would not hesitate to use this solicitor again should I ever buy and sell a property in the future.

Thank you to Carol and her team for helping us sell our home and the purchase of our forever home. Carol was always so helpful and always put us at ease through this stressful and difficult time. We will definitely use again in the future.
