Paul Hinton at KTP was excellent. We had a difficult sale as there were two strips of land which were unregistered or registered to a different person within the property boundaries. Paul helped us through the process and we managed to get possessory title for the unregistered land and transfer the land registered to another person all in around 4 months which enabled us to complete the sale. Paul was extremely efficient and responded to any of emails within the hour or unusually if he wasn’t able to reply quickly he notified me when he would reply. Amazing service!
