After completing an LPOA, I contacted them to ask about obtaining a signature to finalise the form for my 91-year-old mother. I was told this could not be done and that I would need to submit an entirely new application, at a significantly higher cost—several times more than the original application I had already paid for.
This rigid and unhelpful response showed a complete lack of empathy or practical support, particularly given the age of my mother and the sensitive circumstances involved. Being told to start again at substantial extra expense was distressing and unnecessarily stressful. Overall, a very disappointing experience at an already difficult time.

Avoid if going through family proceedings, They left a young woman unrepresented and without advocacy, instead using excuses surrounding her former representation signing a C2 application without her permission. Instead of advocating for a young women in a difficult situation they chose the easy road and they left her to face a corrupt family court system alone. The Law society and regulatory bodies will be informed.
