Got this solicitors... since went in court hardly helped much... since left court not heard anything back since. Tryed contacting emailing and emailing and emailing and emailing still not evening responding becoming a joke. Thought was a good solicitors, and hardly helped wit any off my case didnt even fight for me... I gonna be contacting legal aid and explain too them since they had legal aid they havent helped much and ignores me for weeks... will be making a formal complaint coz im not happy one bit how iv been treated and dealt with 😕🫤
Will end up looking for another solicitors that will achally help me not ignore me for weeks in end and a solicitors who would achally fight for me

I had a positive experience with this firm. Although my solicitor was based in another city and I did not meet her in person, her team handled everything efficiently. They were always responsive, quick to act, and kept on top of my case without needing reminders.

Keep away…. Not credible and reliable solicitors.
We appointed Morgan Weiseman Solicitors in mid-December for an urgent family law matter involving safeguarding concerns and legal aid. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely poor and distressing.
From the outset, there were serious delays, poor communication, and incorrect legal advice. Despite providing all requested documents promptly, weeks passed with no meaningful progress. Applications that should have been treated as urgent were not filed correctly, and emergency legal aid options were either not pursued or we were incorrectly told they were not available.
At a crucial court hearing, we were told a legal representative would attend. Instead, a paralegal attended who was unfamiliar with our case and could not lawfully represent us. As a result, we were left effectively as litigants in person. Even the judge highlighted procedural issues that should have been addressed by the firm beforehand.
We raised formal complaints on 5 January and 14 January, yet no response was provided within the firm’s own stated complaints timeframe. Rather than properly addressing our concerns, the firm’s response was inconsistent and lacked transparency.
Importantly, after we posted a negative Google review, we were contacted almost immediately and asked to remove it. Acting in good faith, we did so, believing this would encourage the firm to resolve matters properly. Unfortunately, once the review was removed, communication again became poor and reluctant, with no meaningful corrective action taken.
This has led us to question whether the firm’s overall Google rating is a true reflection of clients’ experiences, particularly if dissatisfied clients are encouraged to remove negative reviews instead of having their concerns addressed.
Given the seriousness of our case and the impact on our child’s welfare, this experience has been unacceptable. We have now escalated matters to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman.
We strongly advise anyone considering this firm—especially for urgent or legally aided family matters—to proceed with caution.
