My experience with this conveyancing firm as a seller has been extremely disappointing. We are now more than 5 months into the process and still have not completed, despite this being a small chain with a vacant property at the end.

Communication throughout has been consistently poor. Emails and calls often go unanswered, updates are rarely proactive, and myself, my solicitor and my buyer has spent far too much time chasing for basic information. Delays have become the norm, with little sense of urgency or ownership from the firm.

The lack of cover during staff absences has been particularly concerning. Whenever the assigned solicitor was unavailable, progress appeared to stop entirely because nobody else seemed familiar with the case or able to move matters forward properly.

The situation became so frustrating that a formal complaint was submitted by my solicitor, yet even that has not been acknowledged. That level of disregard says a lot about the firm’s approach to client service and accountability.

What is especially telling is that the buyer has shared many of the same frustrations regarding communication and delays, so these concerns are clearly not one-sided.

Overall, the process has been unnecessarily stressful and poorly managed from start to finish. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
