My partner and I made an appointment and then visited the office to discuss and arrange our wills. Was advised that draft wills would be mailed to or dropped at our address (we live just around the corner) and then...................................... nothing. NO draft wills, no messages, no response to phone calls, email, or knocks on the door. Just nothing.

Very concerned, my partner has paid up front for a very straight forward probate. Probate started March this year and so left it as we know it all takes time. Sent an email asking for an update, no reply. Sent another email, no reply. No reply from phone calls and the name has changed from Julia Hodgson. Please be aware!
