TAYLOR PRICE LEGAL LIMITED

I went to this law firm as i needed assistance with my asylum claim and i instructed Rohida Luhar who had the title of 'head of immigration' and she informed me that she had experience in this area of law.

She submitted a poorly drafted application to the Home Office, which was refused. Even worse, in my appeal she wrote that when in Bangladesh i had been building bombs for a political party! This is something that i never even said to her. If she actually had any experience in this area of law and was competent at her job, she would know that the Home Office rules state that they will refuse any asylum applications where the applicant is a risk to the security of the UK, a fact which i found out in Court by my Barrister.

It was only due to the skill and experience of my Barrister at Court who identified this serious discrepancy and managed to successfully obtain an adjournment from the Court so that the Judge did not have sight of this statement with the false and detrimental claim in it. Blown over by how good the Barrister was in comparison to Rohida, i fired Rohida and instructed the Barrister on my case via Direct Access, and the Barrister took the case to Court (and wrote a professional and competent statement) and won against the Home Office.

I now have asylum in the UK, with no thanks to Rohida and Taylor Price.

Avoid this law firm at all costs as they have staff who do not know what they are doing, which puts client's and their lives at risk. There are other reviews here about Rohida's incompetence- she deserves to be struck off!

Absolutely horrible solicitors, they are lazy incompetent and have no clue in what they are doing. Not only did they not stick to there word but he also agreed to conditions on my behalf without my knowledge.

Unprofessional, unrealistic and lazy. They should have done searches in order to obtain information but expected us to do it. They then pulled the plug on our sale on the day we were supposed to complete with the expectation that we were stupid enough to knock £25k off our asking price.

I had a good experience with Taylor's company ,especially Mr.Ardalan Ebrahimi . He is so supportive ,knowledable and caring .whenever we have any questions or issues he is always available and responsive and caring. He is very good advice.
We are so happy with him and I recommend him to others.
