Avoid at all costs, approached them to request a chat with a solicitor for a very serious matter hoping to appoint a solicitor. Was told to come in next day at 10am. Only to be told on the day, "sorry he is busy, besides it was a chat not a meeting!" , no call to let me know, just a paltry appology. If appologies is what you are after, this is your place!. Headoffice, even called and then also ignored me. Such an amateur outfit, set in the dark ages.

Rang them on a Thursday. They said they would come back to me the next day. No return call or text or email received, despite them saying they would come back to me the following day and would leave a message or send a text about an initial meeting with them. Needless to say, we went elsewhere!

I can highly recommend using Samantha Hoyle. Samantha has made a very difficult time in my life so much more easier to deal with. She is so easy to talk to and very understanding. Samantha is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in her field.
