YARWOOD WILLIAMSONS LIMITED

We have had Wills written by Jill Owens at Yarwood Williamsons. The process was friendly and professional and everything was explained in detail.
We would highly recommend this practice and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

We used Yarwood Stimpson for our house purchase. As a first time buyer it was quite a daunting process at first glance but Karen Purvis had made the process incredibly straightforward and made me feel incredibly reassured. We were never left guessing or waiting and everything went smoothly. I would 100% recommend this firm to anyone buying a home.

We opted to go for Yarwood mainly due to their affordable price and reviews on Google. This ended up being a big mistake for us and nearly costed us losing our property.

We ended up having issue after issue, firstly Yarwood was on the our lenders panel, but around a month later once we were ready to start doing searches etc Yarwood had been removed from the lenders panel due to no response after moving offices. This was probably an unfortunate scenario. But we felt the communication was not what we expected from a good firm, sometimes I would wait weeks for replies, sometimes it would be a few days. Most of the time I could never get through to my case handler and it was very frustrating at time. We made little to no progress in 1-2 months with Yarwood and felt like once the panel situation happened that they did not want to even complete our searches (even though they had been paid for before any issues were arisen). We applied for searches late October yet some of the searches (Local Search) came back at the end of November, what bugs me is that it was dated 19th November which says to me that they either forgot to apply for these or didn't bother doing beforehand.

The only reason I would give a 2 star is because once the searches had came through, they provided them to my new firm immediately without any delay. I would advise not to use Yarwood for conveyancing, maybe they're a bit better for Wills etc but my experience was not pleasant and made us nearly lose the property we wanted to purchase.

We have just used Yarwood Stimpson solicitors conveyancing to sell and buy. From the first time we meet Nicola we felt reassured of her professionalism and initiated a great rapport. Our queries were always promptly responded to by either a phone call or email, by both our solicitor and her assistant, Diane. At one point, when our solicitor was on annual leave, we were looked after by another solicitor, who was equally accommodating and professional. We have nothing but high praise for the way our conveyancing needs were handled and would and already have, highly recommend Yardwood Stimpson for conveyancing.

Me and my partner have just used Yarwood for the purchase of our first home and could not recommend them enough! The team of girls on reception are so friendly and helpful with any question we may have had we have felt extremely supported by them and Nicola who has been dealing with our purchase. Everything has been so clear and easy for us and we would highly recommend the team here. Thank you again guys we couldn’t have done it without you!
