I recently used Lisa Dawson and her assistant Mia at the Penwortham branch for my house purchase. This was after my niece had used Lisa for her sale and highly recommended her.
The whole process was smooth and stress free. The searches came back quickly and it was so efficient, we were ready to move in 6 weeks. Unfortunately the vendor wasn’t ready and the dates kept changing, but Lisa and Mia always kept me informed of what was happening and chased things when required.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Like many people I've developed a healthy cynicism of the legal profession because of a few bad experiences. Jack, Emma and the team at Vincent's have just smashed that cynicism out of the water. I'm in my new home now and actually still wondering how it went so well. They had every base covered, kept in constant touch, and the updates were always concise and easy to understand. I've got some more legal matters to attend to like a Will and will absolutely be using Vincent's. I also have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else looking for legal services.
