WTB SOLICITORS LLP

This firm deserves a -1000 rating, and i mean that 100% !!! I accompanied someone here (choose not to say who) as they were seeking legal advice, and what we found was the actual HEIGHT of sheer ARROGANCE, a man named Ben Taylor !!!
He was rude, very very aggressive, demanding one word answers, and when asking a question, he talks to you like you've had a lobotomy, in the most vile manner, like he's trying to throw his weight around and bully you, and that ain't gonna exactly go down well on social media and online reviews this day n age, let me tell you, as word spreads like wildfire nowadays on the socials !!!
He is a volatile BULLY if there was ever a definition of one, this man needs to learn some manners and SERIOUS social skills, because he has absolutely ZERO !!!
Take your business elsewhere, or represent yourself, this man has no compassion, warmth, or concern whatsoever, even his poor receptionist looked terrified of him, and she was a lovely, kind helpful lady, the polar opposite of Mr aggression !!!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AT ALL COSTS 1 MILLION PERCENT !!!!

I have had housing issues and spoke to a solictor Johnathan Starr
He was very helpful approachable listened and did his best
The out come i didnt think would happen
Did happen Johnathan went above and beyond

Please stay away from this law firm and solicitor. My experience with Ben Taylor was extremely distressing. He was rude, degrading, and completely disrespectful in the way he spoke to me.
He repeatedly interrupted me, showed no interest in listening, and demanded only one-word answers, which made it impossible to properly explain my situation. I attended the meeting with my 1-year-old child, and his behaviour was so hostile and dismissive that he reduced me to tears.
I have been dealing with legal matters and lawyers for the past nine years and have never encountered such an unprofessional, disrespectful individual. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this firm.

I had an arranged phone call with a solicitor today and I was spoken to disrespectfully.
He did not want to listen to full story with empathy or compassion, just aggressively attacking me instead of assisting me.

He must of woke up in a bad mood because that was disgraceful.

I told him I had already been granted legal aid but he said that couldn’t be true that a solicitor has to do it. That’s not true.

I will find another solicitor with compassion.

I met with Arzoo of WTB Manchester this morning. I could not be more happy with the results. She's intelligent, and knowledgeable. Also a good listener, a warm person, and very effective at getting at the main point of a subject. I've spent £millions on property lawyers in London in my time. Always very good. But always very expensive. Now I've moved to the North West, I'm glad to have met Arzoo
