Similar experience - not wanting to help with an issue experienced for the property, just focussed on sales and completions. Was shut down by one particular staff member who just didn’t want to know further. Was better when Peter was there, as would help. Saying they cannot help for the foreseeable which is a complete joke. Selective of who they want to work with.

I used this company for my conveyancing and they were outstanding, always so responsive to emails/calls and super efficient. It wasnt the easiest of house chains but they were continuously chasing, and once estate agents confirmed a date that everyone could move, they managed to pull together what was needed with very minimal notice so that we could finally exchange the next morning. Big thank you to Donna. Would definately recommend this company! 10/10
