We use waldrons to sell and buy a new property, but front he start to finish we have been let down, lack of communication, we ahev had to chase everything. We have had t deal with 4 different solitors within branch, because people leave etc... the locum solitors got the ball rolling thank God! We have completed our sale and purchase, but because of incompetence a large chunk of money we should have received weeks ago, we are still waiting for. Due to them failing internal communication. Were still out of pocket by £37500! But guess what they've taken their fees! Not happy and wouldnt recommend!
2 months after completion we got email saying we haven't paid Taylor's sellers fees? That was your job to deal with money. They managed to take theirs easily enough. And how do miss fees when Taylor's invoice Waldron's?
Put in a complaint and haven't even had response? ( 1 week ago) They quite happy to blame the locum solitor because he's no longer their.
Absolutely disgusting, please don't use they haven't got a clue.

Used Waldrons Kingswinford for conveyancing, simple sale of our house moving to an empty bungalow, first solicitor left for maternity leave, second solicitor went off long term sick, third solicitor left unsure why, fourth solicitor was there until we finally completed, list of things that happened below
paid £275 to start the searches, two weeks later called for a progress update and they claimed they had not received payment then later confirmed they had which wasted two weeks
impossible to speak with someone, promised to call back never happened
one time was told solicitor was too busy to call me back for three days
we got told 3pm the day before that we would be moving tomorrow.
was told we needed to pay for a bankruptcy check on the sellers only for the same solicitor to tell us a fortnight later we did not need to
HM revenue chased us for unpaid stamp duty which we had paid to waldrons and they hadn't forwarded on
two months after moving i have just recieved an email to say the forth solicitor who has now left had lost our witnessed mortgage deed and Waldron's could not register our new property
there is loads of things I have missed off the list. i would not recommend to anyone

As a buy to let landlord having used Waldrons many times our recent experience of them is very poor. Communication borders on the awful. Email replies were slow at best, often ignored, which when you’re waiting for advice is both frustrating and, as we found out, costly. As a result we cannot recommend them and in future will be using alternative solicitors

Can't recommend highly enough for conveyancing. Our conveyancer, Abilgail Gray, was extremely professional and proactive throughout the process - I didn't feel the need to chase at all. She always picked up the phone and responded directly to emails taking time to clearly explain the process.
