First class solicitors we’ve used for many years in a variety of ways including house conveyancing and legal advice across a range of subjects. On every occasion we have been totally satisfied with the service.
We go to lawyers for advice AND RECOMMENDATIONS, not to be given options to chose from, (a ‘cop-out’ which we have experienced in the past). MachLachlan have always met that requirement.

Having just used MacLachlans to handle the sale of my former marital home and the purchase of my new house (which both completed on the same day despite tricky circumstances), I can confirm that the firm's FCILEx and CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner, Mark Taylor, and Legal Secretary, Sharon Crighton, are both exceptionally good at what they do.
Not only did they conduct both transactions in an extremely professional, thorough and efficient manner. They were also incredibly kind, patient and calm throughout an extraordinarily stressful time, which was exacerbated by having to navigate a complicated divorce settlement at the same time. I am so glad that I instructed MacLachlans to complete the conveyancing and I will not hesitate to use the firm again in future.

Mark, Jackie and Sharon at Sherborne were amazing when we bought our first home. They are I would say the best as we had others in the past that I would not recommend but I would definitely recommend them. They have spotted all the problems and dealt with them, advised as and informed on every step. Explained everything what we did not understand.
We could not be any more satisfied. Top work. Recommend those people they know what they doing.
