I've used this company before and Farzanna is a great solicitor. I tried to use this company again but the RUDE unprofessional receptionist claim they don't deal with such cases as mine but the website advertises that they do! There are several complaints about her so why they don't hire someone with a better attitude only God knows!!!

Unprofessional business with rude secretary who decides if Call will get through to person who knows anything about the law and court proceedings or not. Even after getting through to solicitors, experience of money hungry workers disappoints. Millions of reasons why they need more money. Probably due to no experienced staff and offering services of trainees who have no idea about real life. In consequence hiring professionals from different companies on the day of hearing who know nothing about the case. Wouldn’t recommend, waste of time even if it’s last solicitor in town.

Unprofessional and highly uncompassionate. Travelled 1 hour for appointment but refused for having to bring my baby along. Their appointment letter states that they cannot accommodate children as often as matter discussed are sensitive for them to listen but how is it relevant for a baby less than an year old.
Only for people who can afford to arrange baby sitter everytime they choose to visit this solicitor.
