Honestly I was sceptical to start with as the Comms was a bit intermittent and the app didn't work... But the saving grace has to be Yasmin Malik, who is literally incredible and probably the only reason we ended up exchanging. She's tenacious, really hard working, extremely polite and professional but also absolutely lovely. Total asset to the company. I hope she gets a pay rise. Thank you Yasmin 👏👏

I recently used HPA Solicitors to assist with my house sale. A few people were involved with my case whom I didn’t really speak to much regarding the sale- Idris, Muzammil and Yasmin. I believe Muzammil was working under Idris and Yasmin took over when Muzammil left. I only spoke to Idris once.
The main person who stood out was Noman- Head of Operations. He was exceptional with communication and very responsive to replying and ‘getting things done’. If I just dealt with Noman I’d give 5*. When I had a concern about the completion statement it was Noman that sorted things out for me. On the day of completion Yasmin called me to obtain our bank details to transfer the proceeds of the sale. I’d already emailed these details a couple of weeks prior. The bank details she read out to me were not the bank details the funds were to go to and this concerned me. That said, this was resolved very quickly and fortunately was discussed prior to transferring funds.

On the whole, I would recommend HPA Solicitors as the price they quoted was exceptionally reasonable, the house sale proceeded smoothly and the communication with Noman made it a really good experience.

Very pleasant people, Yasmin always kept me up to date and answered any concerns or queries effectively, excellent value for your money, not pushy at all,and on initial enquiry there was no hard selling and only good friendly advice given by Malik.

I am in the middle of a house purchase. This solicitor is organising the sale from the vendor from which I am buying. They have been unresponsive to emails despite myself, the vendor, the onwards chain vendor, the estate agents, and all respective solicitors involved, requesting some action. For clarification, we are only awaiting the completion of some forms and wording amendments prior to finalisation. I am writing this in hope that the company pull their finger out and get to work, as I will have to pay for a hotel whilst I wait for the house sale to finalise. Specific contacts in question are Muzammil Malik and Idris Natha. Come on boys just get it done already.

Update: just phoned up to ask what the delay was and got told: Karma is a great thing…. Let’s see what that means! Crazy unprofessional service.
