So my partner never been in trouble with the local police before in her life , obviously anxious & emotional in custody she was advised by mick of dunbar solicitors in ashford on how to comment in interview , now also realising that there was going to be a hearing date mick stated very clearly to her that a member from his office will be i touch - hmmm ok by text to ask her name then to ignore her messages & voicemaiks left over two weeks to put her mind at rest , dunbar solicitors made no effort obviously because it's legal aid & sadly income is very low every1 makes a mistake but to ignore a client & leave them with no legal representative at court & to be told the reputation at the court of certain members of the office only says thank christ a clever duty solicitor whom understood her case and forced a new date due to the fact or factors the police or dunbar didn't give too hoots over , she now has a legal guy who's rather quick and very wise as he said straight forward case that will prove what my partner said along .
