We were recommended Keith Harvey & Co by our estate agent and we hired them for both our sale and purchase of property and it was the biggest mistake ever. Through our processes they were not proactive and we had to keep chasing for updates and pushing to get things done. Even on the day of completion we only got the confirmation call when the estate agent rang them to check. They didn’t feel like they had our best interest through the process and they delayed the paperwork unnecessarily; at one point we had a 5 week stretch hiatus. They were always friendly and nice in person but the communication over email was dry and at times not clear or forthcoming.

I have just used Keith Harvey & Co to help with my sale and purchase of my house move, Sharon was brilliant from start to finish, she made the whole process a lot smoother and less stressful.
