Subject: Complaint against Kennedys Law LLP and Richard Saxon-Hardy – Failure to Comply with Court Judgment

I wish to formally raise a complaint against Kennedys Law LLP and Mr Richard Saxon-Hardy regarding their conduct in a legal matter following a Court Judgment issue
Judgment amount: £7,577.08 (payable forthwith)

Kennedys, acting through Mr Richard Saxon-Hardy, represent the Defendant and the insurer, Aviva Insurance Ltd.

Despite a valid, enforceable Court Judgment requiring immediate payment (“forthwith”), no payment has been made to date. Mr Saxon-Hardy and Kennedys are fully aware of both the Judgment and the legal obligation to comply.

Instead of ensuring compliance, they have engaged in conduct which appears to be aimed at delaying and avoiding payment. This includes ignoring correspondence, failing to act on a clear Court Order, and attempting to undermine enforcement proceedings.

Due to this continued non-compliance, enforcement action has already been initiated through High Court Enforcement Officers (The Sheriffs Office, ).

This conduct raises serious concerns regarding:

- Failure to uphold the rule of law
- Acting in a way that undermines the administration of justice
- Lack of integrity and professional responsibility
- Failure to comply with and respect a valid Court Order

As officers of the court, solicitors are expected to act with integrity and ensure that Court Judgments are respected and enforced. In this case, Mr Richard Saxon-Hardy and Kennedys appear to be facilitating ongoing non-compliance.

I respectfully request that the Solicitors Regulation Authority investigates the conduct of both Kennedys Law LLP and Mr Richard Saxon-Hardy and takes appropriate regulatory action.

Poor service all.around tried them after having a bad experience with another law firm and these lot even worse!

The woman picks up and does not say I reached the law firm - silence and waiting after bored hello. I explain her what I want to achieve (i.e. I provided the name of documents I wanted to be reviewed) and she asks me if I wanted to call a restaurant. I said no and asked if I reached the law firm, she asks me who I want to talk to. I said I have no idea, just want the documents to be reviewed, she connected me with someone who did not pick up and never returned my call..And to think the bank I work for put this law firm on their Vendors list...
EDIT: I read your reply and I definitely would not want to deal with you in the future. I got a callback and the lady said she will forward my request to someone and someone will call me back. You are unreliable. Noone has called me back. You were on a list of approved lawyers that are a Vendor of one of the banks. The experience I made with you was just embarrassing. Luckily, there were 10 other law firms on the list, so they helped me already. Again - shocked with your service
