My company had an accident in a company vehicle. The dispute could not be settled, and the opposing side instructed legal action. Our insurance company instructed their panel solicitor which was Kennedys Law. The court papers were issued through the small claims court, directly to Kennedys. They then forgot to reply to the court papers which resulted in my business having a CCJ registered against the company falsely. I would steer clear of using this law firm at all costs.
