A truly appalling service whether you are selling or buying a property. Any phone call is met with an ansaphone and emails are ignored with no response for days or weeks. When I sold my property eleven years a go they postponed the sale day when my removal van was half full. In my recent sale, which should have been a very straightforward process it took exactly twelve months to completion and I am still waiting for my £500 bond to be returned!
