I have just read a previous negative review with some surprise as the overall circumstances appeared at first sight to be similar to our own - but in contrast I have nothing but praise for Anna Arthur and the team. In our case my mother (now 92) has dementia which has recently progressed at an alarming rate. She has been a long standing client of Anna's for many years, and we approached her for help and advice on how best to progress with some very difficult but essential paperwork. Without going into details, I would say that Anna was sympathetic, and immensely helpful and professional in both understanding the situation - and also ensuring my mother's best interests were maintained throughout.
