We were really disappointed with the service that we received from JMD Law. Our solicitor left the firm mid way through our transactions (Sarah Miller, who is responsible for many of the good reviews on here). We were not informed by JMD Law when this had happened and only found out via our estate agents. Emails were not always answered and we often felt that we were just being forwarded lists of questions from our buyers' solicitors, without any guidance or input from the people who were meant to be representing us.
On posting this review, I notice that the people who left the last two positive reviews share a name with the practice manager and one of the associate solicitors employed by the firm.

We recently sold an apartment in Cardiff Bay, and instructed Sara Yasin and Theo Anthony to process the sale. They were superb and guided us through the sale with extreme professionalism. As we live outside the UK, this could have been complicated, however, quite the reverse.
As a result of our experience, we have instructed both Sara and Theo to represent us in the purchase of our new home in Cardiff, and already we are confident of their dedication to task.
We have another house for sale and will be using JMD Law, hopefully Sara and Theo, again.
Without question we would recommend JMD law.
