We recently dealt with Nazia Hussain who was completely unprofessional, communication was poor, she had no intention of facilitating resolution of the matter and was more concerned with her emotional opinion. Once she was cut out of the process everything was smooth sailing between the parties and resolved instantly. Hiring her was a complete waste of time and money. Shocked that someone so terrible at her job is in such a position.

Had a very positve experience at purchasing/selling with Vanessa Cassidy at Teacher Stern, who was extremely proactive, available, and generous iwth her time. Just the sort of solicitor you want for a big purchase like a house

Adam the Solicitor is completely unresponsive, just passing a message from landlord will take weeks. They charge premium rates for substandard service.

Avoid at all cost!

I wish it were possible to give zero stars. They represent the landlords at a flat I own as leasehold. Like the landlords, and the landlord's managing agent, Teacher Stern have studiously avoided giving my solicitor contact information to allow us to progress the sale of our flat, resulting in a delay in excess of a month (incl managing agent delay). The moment I never have to deal with Teacher Stern, Hallmark and their client will be a happy day
