Our solicitors have been in contact with Jane, however, it has now been over 4 months and these have all been ignored. Numerous messages and emails have been left but no response. Incompetent and lazy!

Similar issues with this solicitor as a conveyancer. I wouldn’t trust this solicitors for any work as they simply just do not care or are just completely incapable. Either way, these are not people you should be willing to give your money to as they do not deserve it.

Our offer was accepted nearly 5 months ago and Jane from Birdsall and Snowball still hasn’t contacted our surveyors so nothing has been done. If you want someone you truly hate to have a bad experience then recommend this place but if you have a shred of decency please do everyone a favour and use literally any other company.

Cannot understand how this solicitors gets good ratings thankfully they were not my solicitors.
My solicitor was at the end of her tether trying to communicate with birdsall & snowball they just do not respond within a reasonable amount of time it took them 6 week's to open the file on a conveyancing job that should of all been done and completed within a month but it took 3 months due to this company bringing it to a standstill would definitely not recommend
